D C Mills entered the export market of Natural Fibre Doormats and Floor Coverings in the year 1982. The group owns 8 manufacturing units and it is one of the largest manufacturer exporters of washable tufted and braided door mats, rugs and wall to wall carpets in poly-propylene & nylon. The Company has quality latex, Vinyl, Thermo rubber, Polyurethane and action backing units. We are the first ISO 9001:2008 certified company for coir products in India from TUV NORD CERT. Gmbh and first in the world for Vinyl backed coir products from TUV CERT.D C Mills also holds certification of BRC and GSV as a solid testimony to its product safety. The company practices highest ethics with regard to workers safety, environment management, social and legal compliance etc. The present shipping strength is 250 containers of 40 feet size per month. 



D C Mills has the most modern Italian make BCF machine for extruding yarn and multi optional coating machine with different type of backing having a capacity of 150lakh sqm/year. The company owns highly advanced fully automatic tufting machines imported from England and USA. The Chromojet printing machine from Austria with advanced technology having a capacity of 30 lakh sqm/year has added a new strength to the production. We have fully automatic European made machines manufacturing Vinyl backed Poly-propylene/Nylon dust control mats with the capacity of 15lakh sqm/year. Our production line is equipped with a modern dye house and 4m wide full automatic power looms to weave Coir/Jute/Sisal wall to wall and area Rugs. Our Jacquard plant houses 14 Jacquard looms having capacity of 14lakh sqm/annum for weaving of Jacquard Mattings/Area Rugs. The coir tufting plant houses 4 tufting machines of 2m wide having capacity of 30lakh sqm/annum. The manufacturing units are manned by over 800 specially trained skilled employees who oversee the perfection of every single product that leaves the facility. 



Our R&D division is equipped with the latest information software and hardware and forms an integral part of DC Mills. A team of well experienced Software Professional heads the IT department to drive us through the future challenges.
