Maadurga Thermal Power Company Ltd is a company promoted by Maa Durga Group, one of the reputed business houses in Orissa. The promoter Directors of the company have wide range of business experience in different sectors like flour mill, rice mill, engineering college, medical, hotel business and construction. Besides the above activity the group has also established one 1.2 MW co-generation captive power plant based on paddy husk at Bainchua, Based on past experience and to diversify the business activity the promoter of the group decided to set up (2X30) MW IPP at Bainchua considering three available advantages.
