Get the Best Pizza Takeaway in Rathgar at Forge Wood Fired Pizza. Neapolitan-style sourdough wood-fired pizza. Hand-stretched to order with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients from artisan Irish producers and the best Italian tomatoes. 72-hour fermented dough is full of flavour, light on the stomach, and easily digested. We were established in Castlegregory, Co. Kerry, in 2019 in the garden of Gregory’s Garden Restaurant using a converted shipping container. We named the pizzas after the surf spots on Brandon Bay. After a great first season, we moved to Churchtown Stores in Dublin for the winter. We headed back to Kerry for the following summer season, and then for the winter, we came back to Dublin again to our current location in Windy Arbour. Thank you for all the support over the years.
